Rebirth’s motto is, “We’re the Church Where People Matter…Families Matter…and YOU Matter”. Our church has an on-call Congregational Care Team that visits the sick and ministers to our church family that may have had a loss of a loved one. Rebirth Christian Fellowship makes every attempt to be a support for all of our members during any time of need.

What should I do if I am hospitalized? In the case of a hospitalization, upon notification:

• Our intercessors commit to support you and your family in prayer
• A floral arrangement will be sent to the hospitalized member from your church family
• A member of our Congregational Care Team will make every attempt to make a hospital or
home visit with permission, barring personal emergencies, personnel limitations,
out of state services, or other debilitating factors.
